Starting Monday 2/1, Larisa Ballard will be joining the Ledge's team and doing Boot, Kick & Core, a 45 minute full body HIIT, kickboxing, cardio and strength training class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm. Currently, the class will be offered livestream, so you need to login to Punchpass, select her class, and then you will be sent the zoom link.
